Quality

Messgerät All goods-in received at Spherotech are subjected to an additional inspection. Checks are made in our laboratory on all the standard quality criteria, such as deviation, roundness, grade and the ball’s surface quality. We even have the facility to test balls with an eddy current tester! Appropriately trained members of our team are responsible for this work. If required, additional tests, such as hardness measurements, structural / material analysis and corrosion tests are carried out by a certified and accredited external testing body.

Spherotech GmbH is certified to ISO 9001.

Our ISO certificate is available as a PDF file. To view this you need Adobe’s Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free.
